It provides survivor stories of suicide, identity struggles, bullying and substance abuse, trauma, and abuse. When exploring beyond the stories, you will discover free lessons with printables that can be watched by anyone so although it focuses on the classroom, do not let that deter you from watching them yourself. We can all use lessons in these subjects. Everything is easy to read and understand.

This is the website for the American Foundation for Suicide prevention. This link takes you straight to the Help page. You will see options to pick what situation fits you the best. It provides a lifeline as well. If you go to the other dropdowns you will see it also has more resources. It provides more real stories and ways to join a local chapter. You can find groups of people near your location to connect with.
